My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was very roomy, clean, and modern, with nice personal touches like robes and a makeup mirror. However, the service was a bit of a hit or miss as the valet personnel were super nice, but there were issues with lack of helpfulness and signage. The location was convenient for shopping and casinos, but check-in difficulties and hidden fees were off-putting. The dining experience fell short, with high prices and limited value for money on the meals.
